Five Fitting Green Platform Sandals

In honor of St. Patrick’s Day today, I thought it was only “fitting” to showcase some green sandals. Can you tell I favor platforms and wooden heels?

Any of the these would be perfect to avoid getting pinched for not wearing green! Is anyone going out for green beer tonight?  I think I’ll have a Midori (green liquor) with cranberry juice and skip the corned beef and cabbage!

The Cutest Baby Girl Shoes Ever

With both my sister and my sister-in-law are pregnant with baby girls (in July and May respectively), I have a feeling I’m going to be seeing A LOT of baby girl clothes and shoes soon.  In fact, I’m hosting a baby shower for my sister-in-law over Easter weekend, and I got these Robeez Flitty Flight MJ Infant Soft Sole slip-ons to give her (available from Zappos.com).  They are soooo cute. The picture above does not do them justice on just how cute them are!

Then yesterday my athletic tom-boy of a sister comes over to show me these Converse Kids Chuck Taylor First Star Core Crib infant shoes (also available from Zappos.com).  Again, the picture above does not do them justice on just how cute these baby high-tops are!  The picture should show the other side of the shoe that dons the star Converse All-Star emblem.  Even the box is cute with a recycle icon on the back saying “This box deserves another chance to hold a pair of Converse shoes. Please recycle.”  And then it’s followed by “Box made in Vietnam” which made me chuckle.

There you have it -the cutest baby shoes for girls – at least for today.
