What does this Simple Shoes Women’s Satire Sneaker and this handmade natural Peppermint Body Bar have in common? Besides the pink swirls? Give up? They are both considered “organic”. 
The Peppermint Body Bar is only one of over a dozen handmade natural soap options available from Best Bath Store. Organic extracts, blended essential oils and natural botanicals make up various aromas, including cocoa butter, coffee, eucalyptus, evergreen, honey milk, shea butter, vanilla bean and more.
The Women’s Satire – Silk in Rosewine Sneaker with tie dye silk uppers is made with certified organic cotton linings and footbeds. The “pedbed” (the cushiony and supportive stuff at the bottom of the shoe) is made of super soft and squishy polyurethane foam and recycled rubber. The bottom of the shoe is made from recycled car tires. The foot form inserts are made of post consumer recycled paper. All of this “going green” talk has inspired me to start living more healthy. In fact, just this week I started recycling. And next week, I plan to attempt to make my own homemade laundry detergent.
