Red Hot Shoes for Fall

Today marks the 70th anniversary of “The Wizard of Oz”* where Judy Garland as Dorothy wore the infamous ruby red slippers. The New York Post wrote an article on how to follow Dorothy’s lead in a pair of “Red-Hot Shoes for Fall” (thanks for the link, Wayne).

Crimson is the perfect accent to autumn’s peacock-hued palette, but if black-and-white is more your thing, these red treads are a great pop of color against fall’s perennially stylish neutrals. ~ Rebecca Daly

We all know Squeak’s favorite color is red.  Well, these Berry apt. 9 Jola Suede Booties are a great dark red. The combo of Red and Black is always good. I think I could get away with wearing these for both casual and dress.  Plus they are on sale right now at Kohls.com! How much better does it get - red shoes on sale!?!
