We all know that need is to come before want, and in most cases for me it works that way. However these Chinese Laundry Filene mid-high boots would fall under the WANT. I found them at Famous Footwear and had to try them on. I’ve thought about them several times trying to justify that I NEED them. The buckle and criss-cross straps really dress them up. Was at the mall last week, and can you believe I didn’t take advantage of Famous Footwear’s current BOGO offer? I even had a coupon to use. But I did make a haul at Payless. I got all of the above shoes that were marked down plus used my AAA card for another 10% off for under $20!

I’m all for wearing boots in the winter with skirts and sweaters, but not so sure I would wear these. This lace-up Opal boot by Ann Marino is described as ”ready for fun”.
