With both my sister and my sister-in-law are pregnant with baby girls (in July and May respectively), I have a feeling I’m going to be seeing A LOT of baby girl clothes and shoes soon. In fact, I’m hosting a baby shower for my sister-in-law over Easter weekend, and I got these Robeez Flitty Flight MJ Infant Soft Sole slip-ons to give her (available from Zappos.com). They are soooo cute. The picture above does not do them justice on just how cute them are!
Then yesterday my athletic tom-boy of a sister comes over to show me these Converse Kids Chuck Taylor First Star Core Crib infant shoes (also available from Zappos.com). Again, the picture above does not do them justice on just how cute these baby high-tops are! The picture should show the other side of the shoe that dons the star Converse All-Star emblem. Even the box is cute with a recycle icon on the back saying “This box deserves another chance to hold a pair of Converse shoes. Please recycle.” And then it’s followed by “Box made in Vietnam” which made me chuckle.
There you have it -the cutest baby shoes for girls – at least for today.
2. These look similar to Christian Louboutin Cap-Toe T-Strap d’Orsay pumps, but the reference sites I found all seem to be replica CL’s. My guess is that at least one of her pairs of shoes will have been designed especially for the movie and will not be made available to the public until after the movie is a hit. They may even be Chanel, as Chanel is highly known for cap-toes.
3. These are definitely Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Sneakers.
I don’t think I could bring myself to spend $128 on these Shredded Converse Chucks. Classic all star chucks ripped and washed to give them a shredded, vintage look. Available in Navy, Off White &/or Black from FreePeople.com.
Even if I did like the look, one could easily make their own “shredded” look – NY Shoe Spy tells us exactly how to by using a pair of old Converse shoes. One could even buy a brand new spankin’ pair of Converse All Star Chuck Taylors for only $39.90 from BuyAndWalk.com and invest the 20 minutes of time to save almost $100 bucks!
