Glamour Magazine (Feb ‘08 issue) featured these canvas ballet flats (in Multi-Colored, Bottle Blue and Red Sherry, respectively) from OldNavy.com (only $19.50) as a “so cheap, so chic” fashion accessory that’s less than $30.  Also featured were Converse khaki pants ($28) and an Isaac Mizrahi sweater ($28), both available from Target.com.
