Was just reading the latest issue of Glamour Magazine (September 2007 – Biggest Issue in 20 Years) and stumbled across a full page ad for Payless showing off these Hassel Collar Bootines ($29.99). In my opinion, Payless is slowing moving their focus from “cheap” shoes to “affordable” shoes.  Good move.
