Funky, Chunky & Fun?
As popular as Doc Martins are, I just cannot convince myself to buy any. I’ve tried, really I have, it’s just that I think the chunky heel and sole make them too heavy for me. This Dr. Martens Club Ankle Boot is ”funky, chunky and fun”, still I just cannot find myself wearing them.

I agree. Doc Martens seem like the equivalent of shoe quick sand to me–each step looks difficult with that chunky, heavy heel. I do recall in the 90’s EVERYONE had to have a pair, but I never gave in!
