Tour of Zappos!

I’m back from Viva Las Vegas – great trip! One of the highlights of my trip was getting a tour of the Zappos.com headquarters, and all I can say is WOW! To deliver WOW through service is one of Zappos’ Ten Core Values.
I was amazed at the excitement of the employees, and the fun work environment, from the complimentary cafeteria lunches to the napping room. It looks like an awesome place to work! Tony, the CEO, was out of the office, but his desk is among the rest of the employee’s cubicles.
At the end of the tour, everyone received a complimentary bookbag and book of their choice from a collection of books that Tony personally recommends. I picked out Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap… and Others Don’t by Jim Collins. I can’t wait to read it!

Hi Alana, You simply need to email tours@zappos.com to arrange a free tour! Please note that they don’t give tours on the weekends.

he i went to zppos head office in vegas around 5 years ago and it was one of the greatest visits i have ever had. the buzz around the place was fantatstic and the care an attention that goes into making these shoes was just great
