Prom Shoes in Hard to Find Sizes

My favorite sister (ok, my only sister) is a senior in high school (baby of the family).  She got lucky with the platinum blonde hair, while I got the boring brunette locks.  But while I have the most common shoe size in all of America, she lucked out with size 11 feet!
