Teva is not a very good company when it comes to coustomer service. I recently have been going round and round with them regarding a pair of sandles that i purchesed from them less than a year ago that tore up in the first week, I did not learn with the first pair so i bought another pair same thhing happened this time i sent them back. Teva implied that i bought them from a discount store and said they needed a reciept to exchange them. They got the reciept no exchange. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
