Demi Lovato wore these CO-OP Barneys New York Zipper Ankle Boots in Black (currently on sale for $259 from Barneys New York, regularly $660) yesterday (August 5th, 2010, source) during a Press Conference in Chicago.

Vintage nubuck platform peep-toe ankle boot with cut-out heel and zipper trim. Side zip. 130mm carved stacked heel. Leather sole. Made in Italy.
