Shoes from Sex and the City 2 Movie

WeLikeFashion.com released pictures of Sarah Jessica Parker playing Carrie Bradshaw in the new Sex and the City movie due out next year. Carrie’s shoes from the first SATC movie were (and still are) a huge hit.
Here’s my take on what shoes Carrie is wearing, from left to right. Please correct me if you think or know otherwise – thanks!
1. I’m pretty sure these are Christian Louboutin Leopard Pumps. I can’t tell if hers are peep-toe or not, so they could also be Christian Louboutin Pigalle Pony Fur Pumps. But I think they definitely have the signature CL red sole.
2. These look similar to Christian Louboutin Cap-Toe T-Strap d’Orsay pumps, but the reference sites I found all seem to be replica CL’s. My guess is that at least one of her pairs of shoes will have been designed especially for the movie and will not be made available to the public until after the movie is a hit. They may even be Chanel, as Chanel is highly known for cap-toes.
3. These are definitely Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Sneakers.

They look like one of the above traditional black Converse All Stars, but could possibly be the Chuck Taylor All Star Double Tongue Ox or even Converse Chuck Taylor Sequined Sneakers ($85 from Nordstrom).

In the first picture carrie is wearing a pair of glitter pigalle shoes, in gold, in the second she’s still wearing Louboutins shoes, a new edition of the Gino model!!
