Sarah Palin wore red Naughty Monkey Double Dare Pumps when John McCain announced her as his vice-president running mate (source). Let the press run her down all they want, but I like her style (her shoe style anyway). I’m still undecided on my presidential choice.

I agree…I like the red peep toes, but the jury is still out on the owner of these red Naughty Monkey Pumps.
What disappoints me about Naughty Monkey is the selection of shoes sizes only go up to size 10… Too bad for those of us who wear sizes 10 and up!

I’m not a fan of Palin’s political views, but I think if people want to copy her style, what the heck? I personally gag with anything red, shoes or cars or blazers–none are “me”. I also don’t think the Naughty Monkey pumps look the same in the photo as they do on her. Somehow they look better on. I looked at the Naughty Monkey site and there isn’t one shoe in the bunch that I’d own, and I AM a total shoeaholic. I just go for more classic type styles and usually in black, brown, or navy. Sorry if that’s boring, but red just doesn’t work for me. I would be interested in knowing what brand the black peep-toe shoes are in one of the pictures above - if anyone knows.
