I do not own a pair of clear shoes.
I always thought they would end up sticking to my feet and not be comfortable.
But these Ralie Vinyl Slings from Annie (available from Shoetrader.com, $29.99) are clearly cute.
Plus the site’s trademarked slogan is “Comfort is Always in Style”, hence they should be.
Leaf appliques with metallic stud detail give this vinyl sling its provocative flair. Made with an elasticized buckle, slightly cushioned insole, dress sole.

Could someone tell me the point of a hidden heel, like this 80%20 Diva Hidden Wedge shown?
Are there short people out there trying to secretly make themselves look taller?
Why wouldn’t you just buy a shoe with a heel or wedge on the outside?
If you fall into this category and feel the need to hide the height then you can find several of these styles on Zappos by 80%20.

Last week, Kim and I went out of town for the day, I was meeting an old friend, and she rode along for her day at the spa.
Of course, we went shopping. And of course, we looked at shoes! I bought two pair, one of them being these apt. 9 Shore Lizard Wedge Sandals from Kohl’s.
The funniest part was the first thing Kim said was “those look like you”. Then this morning I showed them to a co-worker, and she said, “those look like you”.
So there you have it, these are my style and my taste, and I love ‘em. Best part is that I got them on sale plus an extra 20% off with a coupon!
apt. 9® Shore Lizard Wedge Sandals are also on sale at Kohls.com!

Ok, I must apologize to Squeak for sending her an email the other day telling her I couldn’t believe she actually bought those City Style Slingback Wedges from NY & Co, and that I thought they were ugly. To which she replied “Yes, I bought them and I like them. Like you have room to talk, white moccasins?” Touche. We get along great, don’t we? LOL.
So, she sends me an email today “Ignore the white legs, just showing you how well my shoes look with my outfit today” with the attached picture. And I have to eat my words, they look pretty damn good if do I say so myself.

Last week, we went out of town and met with my son’s oncologist and found out that he is in complete remission. Yeah!
He needed to get back to class so we could not go out for a celebration dinner, so instead we went shopping!
I treated myself to these City Style Slingback Wedges from New York and Co (my favorite store). They came in several colors, but I went outside of box and chose the Aegean Print.
The best part was, they were only $24.95 plus the store was offering ”Buy One Get One 50% off - Mix & Match”!
Available from NyAndCompany.com, too!

I went shoe shopping last Friday over my lunch hour as I had a 25% off coupon and found nothing; I know it’s sounds impossible, but I left the store with nothing!
Then the next day I see these round toe wedges in the ad for Herberger’s, I had to have them!
Of course, the coupon had expired, but I ended up with them anyway.
I had a hard time choosing between the black and brown. Black won out.
This ”Relativity Justin” is an exclusive from Herberger’s, and the three inch heel is perfect for me.
