One of my friends had on the cutest boots the other night, and of course I had to ask where she got them them!  She got the above 2 Buckle Round Toe Boots from Wet Seal and says they are “really comfy”.  So, I navigated on over to WetSeal.com (as there are no stores nearby) and found them online (search 39369956) for $39.50.
