Super Nike Shox NZ SI

One of my co-workers claims these Nike  Shox NZ SI running shoes (available from  are  multi-purpose shoes. He wears them for running, volleyball, racquetball and beer drinking. I threw in the beer drinking as that is what he does following the other activites  listed. He's a typical man thinking that you only need a limited wardrobe of shoes. Nike Air Tri-D Run II

One would think as much as I like shoes, I would have a lot of every style,  but that is not true. I tend to lean towards something with a heel for all seasons. As for tennis shoes, I buy maybe one pair every 5 years or so.  When we were Christmas shopping, I came accross these Nike Air Tri-D Run II on sale at Scheels. Jon Goes to Niketown

Jon is one of my bestfriend's son.   He is a good kid and can get away with wearing whatever he wants.   He, his dad and grandpa went to Chicago last week to a couple baseball games. While there were there they went to Niketown, and Jon picked out these multicolored Nike shoes. As you can see they are pretty bright with a pink swoosh and are not something I would wear with a red shirt. But Jon on the other hand can pull it off and it looks ok. No Excuses to Dart Idea

I had this great idea that I was going to start  walking over my lunch hour. Keep in mind I thought this was a good idea, but  getting started seems to be the problem. First it was the weather, which is a  good excuse as it has been raining everyday. My next excuse was I kept forgetting to bring walking shoes.
