I searched for 2 years looking for the perfect running shoes. Although the Asics Gel-Kayano Running Shoes are a little pricey, I think the performance and comfort is well worth it. Why run in shoes that are uncomfortable? You’ll only hurt yourself. I love these shoes because they give me the arch support I need with plenty of cushioning. They have the ability to resist wear and rack up miles, while still being the lightest pair of running shoes I’ve ever owned.
