If you live in Nebraska like I do, then you have different shoes for different seasons. Sandals for Summer and Boots for Winter. When I first heard of the store name “Charlotte Russe”, I honestly thought of “old women” clothing.  Then when I was in Omaha, Westroads recently opened a Charlotte Russe store for me to investigate, and I was totally surprised by the junior contents.  My teenager daughter loved it!
