Ok, look really close at these two dance shoes. Can you tell much of a difference between these two shoes? Not much. How about if they were on stage, could you tell then? No. Exactly! You cannot tell at a glance. My daughter has a dance recital coming up, and she is required to buy both of these styles! I get the feeling the studio is going to make some profit of selling shoes, huh? Don’t get me wrong, Bloch dance shoes are worth their value. It’s just when you have nine performances, do you really need nine different pairs of shoes? I’ve found it’s cheaper to buy dance shoes online than through the studio… Bloch Enduro Tech Booties and Bloch Neo-Flex Slip Ons are both available from Zappos.com with Free Shipping (and free returns if they don’t fit)!

I am in love with the new Cashmere Mafia series on TV! I guess the executive producer, Darren Star is the same producer from Sex & The City, which was, and still is, one of my favorite shows as well! Above is Lucy Lui working the crowd, wearing what appears to be Charles David Black Satin Leisure Pointy Toe Dress Pumps, on sale at Zappos.com - $167

As popular as Doc Martins are, I just cannot convince myself to buy any. I’ve tried, really I have, it’s just that I think the chunky heel and sole make them too heavy for me. This Dr. Martens Club Ankle Boot is ”funky, chunky and fun”, still I just cannot find myself wearing them.

But you’re not too uptight to enjoy a hot club
You’re always the best dressed chick in the room
And you’ll only settle for the best in men

A friend of mine just had a new baby girl, and what will I be buying for a gift? Shoes, of course! And what color? Red, of course, my personal favorite. This girls Darling Nitelite infant/toddler girls’ dress shoe from truly is darling. The best part is that I can order online and have it shipped directly to her since she lives several states away (and shipping is free!). By the way, if your favorite color is not red, they come in black as well. Available from ShoeBuy.com - $25

One of my friends is a nurse in a busy doctor’s clinic. She told me she absolutely loves her white Mary Jane Crocs! With the recent snowstorms, she opted one day to wear tennis shoes instead of her Crocs, and she said her feet hurt so bad afterwards that she nows wears her Crocs everyday to work. I have to admit they do look like cute with her nursing scrubs.
