When looking for new styles on Shoebuy.com I came across these Mellow World Rose Parade shoes. The description states these adorable silk flats are smooth and comfortable to walk in. While I may agree with that comment, I still wonder, where do you wear these? For one thing it’s winter here in Nebraska, and these would provide no warmth nor traction on snow and ice. I think I will leave it that they should be slippers, and not shoes. You’ll have to check them out as there are several other colors and patterns, such as Rainbow Multi and Blossom Orange to pick from.

My son is in this second year of college, and he works part time at Pac-Sun. Nothing against the store, it’s just that he forgets it’s really a job and that poeple have jobs as extra income. He seems to think this job is just to support his wardrobe.
This Fakie Blanket Shoe by Etnies is his latest shoe purchase. The Mexican blanket print is quite uncharacteristic for him, but I have no complaints as he paid for them himself.

I’m having shoe issues. I have recently gotten “into” shoes more and more the past year or so, and I’m stumped. I have a few questions…
1. How do I wear patterned shoes? I keep seeing these great plaids and other patterns on shoes, but I’m not confident about what outfits to wear them with, so I never buy them. But I’d love to! Help!
2. What are the rules about wearing stockings with peep-toe pumps? I feel that there are only so many situations when you can go with bare feet especially for business and dressing up, but I’m not sure how to wear hose with this style shoe. Yes hose? No hose? Match the shoes with the hose? Help! ~Monica

I know UGG’s are popular but really, $53.95 for infant booties? Think about it, they only wear them for about two months as their feet are growing on a consistant basis. Think about how many pair of cute little shoes you could buy for that much money! Heck, I could get a couple pair of adult shoes for that price.
