I ran into Herberger’s quick for Clinique’s Bonus Days.  And I just had to browse through the shoes….

I came away with Life Stride’s Judith Slings in Black and Vanilla. Honestly, I’ll probably never wear them unless I have a wedding to attend this spring, but they were such a good deal that I couldn’t resist.  I’m sure my girls will have fun using them for dress-up.  But I do like the Italian Shoemaker fashion clog / mules I got and will wear them for sure. If you are an avid reader of mine, you will know that I love mules!

Patricia Field, stylist for Sex in the City, was nominated for an Oscar for her costume designs for The Devil Wears Prada. Unfortunately, she didn’t win, but she walked the “red carpet” wearing Payless shoes at the 79th Annual Academy Awards. The one-of-a-kind pair of red carpet shoes was designed personally by Field and will be included in a capsule collection, also designed by Field, expected to hit Payless stores exclusively this coming holiday season.

 

People Magazine has reported Mary-Kate Olsen out and about Los Angelos several times wearing her Balenciaga Boots. Man, she is skinny. The new Betsey Johnson Women’s Nott Boot is shocking similar, if not better looking and available at Zappos.com.

I LOVE Skechers Shoes! ALL of their Casual Styles are rockin, but I recently started buying their dress shoes, boots and sandals! I just can’t get enough of the darn things! Right now my favorite is the Skecher Shindigs - Amusement in Chestnut. With the winter storm that blew thru here I don’t want to wear any of my other Skechers and get them all dirty. These are warm, very comfortable and pretty darn stylish! I almost hate to see the snow melt! ~ Gina, PA

I love these Franco Sarto Jive Sandals so much I had to order 3 different pair just for a one day occasion. Hey a girl has to look good. Well anyways I brought 3 pairs of shoes with me and changed them through out the day. My husband and I went for drinks and he happen to look at my feet and say “Whoa I must be drunk. I am a shoeaholic. I have many pairs of shoes. My favorite pair are teal Chinese Laundry shoes. I like them a lot because they make me look very tall without killing my feet.
